Everything you need to know before booking your party rental.

Do you deliver, or do I pick up?

Both! Customer pickup is always free. Delivery within 15 miles of our location is a flat $35, or free on orders of $300 or more. For locations beyond 15 miles, give us a call for a custom quote. Delivery includes setup and pickup.

Is there a deposit?

A non-refundable $50 booking fee locks in your event date — that's all you pay upfront.

On the day of your event, your remaining rental balance, any applicable delivery fee, and a $25 refundable security deposit are charged to your card on file.

The $25 deposit is returned after we inspect the returned equipment. If damages exceed $25, the difference is billed to the card on file.

What's included with each rental?

Everything you need. Concession machines come with all the supplies (sugar floss, cones, syrups, cups, etc.). Nerf Wars includes inflatable bunkers, ammo, and safety glasses for every player. You provide the power outlet and the space - we handle the rest.

Is the equipment clean and safe?

Always. Every machine, blaster, and bunker is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every event. We take it seriously - especially for anything kids are touching, eating from, or playing with.

How long is the rental period?

Most rentals are all-day — pick up in the morning and return in the evening. Plenty of time for your full event with no rushed clock to watch. Foam Blaster rentals are offered in 4-hour blocks so they can stay affordable and accessible for everyone.

What if it rains?

Lowcountry weather happens. If severe weather is forecast on your event day, we'll reschedule at no charge. For light rain, most equipment works fine under a tent or covered porch — just let us know your backup plan when you book.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2-3 weeks ahead, especially for weekends in peak party season (March-October). Last-minute? Call us — we'll do our best to make it happen.
